macrophotography [series of sequences, prints on photo-paper] -
instalation: prints, hdv, 2007


Inspired by sci-art, this piece explores flowers seen through time-lapse biological microphotography. The installation consists of video, surrounded by large scale prints - high resolution digitally enhanced images, shown in a sterile gallery space. A library of moving images interacts in real-time with sound. The organic forms form counter-points with the linear environment, and the minimal static, symmetrical, algorithmic electronic music.
